Garlic and Herb Butter

Yield: 1/2 pound of flavored butter
Prep Time: 10 minutes
What a nice compliment to almost any dish. Serve it on steak, chicken, fish, potatoes, rice or bread. Would also make a very nice homemade gift to give to someone.

Ingredients:

1/2 cup butter, softened
2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
1 – 2 tsp parsley
1 – 2 tsp chives
1 – 2 tsp basil
*herbs can be fresh or dried

Directions:

1. Mix all ingredients together until well blended either by hand or with a mixer.
2. On a piece of wax paper, put the butter mixture in the middle.
3. Fold the wax paper over and gently mold into a log or rectangle.
4. When you have your desired shape, fold the wax paper around the butter and refrigerate for about 1 hour to let the butter set again.
Store in an airtight container so the aroma of the herbs don’t affect the food around it.
Use on breads, potatoes or meats of your choice.

Easy Cinnamon Rolls

1- 12 count Rhodes frozen Cinnamon Rolls
1- 3oz box - cook & serve Vanilla pudding.
1 - stick butter – melted
The night before, spray your 13"x9" baking dish with cooking spray. Separate the cinnamon rolls and lay them
in a single layer in the dish
(reserve icing package that comes with rolls).
Sprinkle the UNPREPARED vanilla pudding over the frozen rolls. Melt one stick of butter or margarine and pour it over the rolls. Spray a sheet of plastic wrap lightly with cooking spray. then cover the rolls tightly and refrigerate overnight.
In the morning, remove the thawed rolls and let set on counter for 30-45 minutes until doubled in volume.
(I left mine in a cool room about
68 degrees on the stove top for 2.5 hours)
Bake at 350* for 15-20 minutes until light golden. I put mine in the over w/o pre-heating and baked for 25 minutes…
Spread icing and serve.
